Character Design from Life - Design Basics of Character Costume Model

Using a live model this demonstration takes you through a process of how to design the forms of the costume. All of it based on observation and foundational drawing skills combined with strong design principles. In this video you will learn how to envision the form underneath the clothing and streamline what you see into a cohesive design.  Too often costumes are simply sketched over  your characters and the models in life drawing sessions but its time to take it further.
