#Muslimban Zine

Sallam! Our names are Yasmeen & Mojgon and we are two Iranian artists. We have organized this donation (now free) zine with fellow artists as a response to the #MUSLIMBAN by showcasing a part of the people and cultures affected by such legislation.

Our intention is to engage in positivity and awareness toward a community of 1.7 billion people, who hold a rich, vast array of different cultures and histories, who are often unfairly lumped together with the prejudices of their radical minorities. We can start by bringing to light our commonalities, our shared values, our desire for peace and unity that the majority aligns with.

The zine raised around $400 and donated it to ACLU! Donations are no longer excepted and people who pay for the zine will be refunded (so please download it for free!).
