Experimentation framework template - everything you need to track and prioritize your A/B tests

This is a proven framework for running experiments and A/B tests that I have been developing for the last 6+ years working as a growth marketer.

What's in it?

This framework is built in Notion and it consists of 3 different documents: Experiment tracking template, in-depth instructions on using the experiment tracking template, and an Experiment results template.

Experiment tracking template is used to write ideas for potential experiments, and track each experiment through its different phases (Idea-Backlog-Planning-Running-Completed). This template gives you a very clear overview of all the experiments you've run before and that you will run in the future. It's a great way to show impact to your manager, and a great way to summarize your accomplishments and business successes.

In-depth instructions will help you understand how to use the tracking template and answer any questions you might have upon seeing the framework.

Experiment results template is used to show the results of the experiments. When the experiment is completed, you fill this template out with all the necessary info, and it serves as a database of experiment results that you can reference later. (Piece of advice for people working at companies - this is a great summary to send to your manager and/or senior leaders in your organization to show what you've been up to.
