We will be running a straight forward Progressive overload type of training -- with volume thrown in. We like to combine these two training styles for a few reasons. You might ask why we combine the two?


There are two schools of thought -- progressive overload leads to excessive stress on the muscles and this continued break down and rebuild leads to bigger muscles -- volume training exposes the muscles to an extensive amount of stress which over time leads the body to adapt and cause muscle growth.


You can find research all over the internet on why each style is better - we are not here to tell you which to believe - were here to tell you to do both!
