Quick start ➡️ How to use the ManagerOS in your Notion system?
- Get Notion (this template works on both Free and Premium accounts).*
- Duplicate the template into your Notion account.
- Use the button inside the template to generate a new Manager OS portal or use the one that is already generated.
- Move the empty template to a dedicated area in your Notion space, for example your Private pages.
- Get inspired by the example and fill in the template you have created for your team.
- Follow the detailed user guide to learn how to use each portal and template.

Navigation:

-> Two new fields: “Impact” and “Acted on” helps you complete the feedback you share with your employees and remember which action has been delivered
Project Center
-> Even more templates: Both the Complex & Simple project portals now come with pre-built templates for Roles & Responsibilities, KPIs, User Experience, Communication, and Monitoring
-> Inside the “Complex project template” -> you can now add subtasks and dependancies to build complete Gantt charts
-> Inside the “Simple project template” -> two new elements: “Role & Responsibilities” area and a “Timeline” to ensure accountability and on-time budgets -> NEW Project Highlights - a dedicated space for your team to share quick highlights for each project every week; setup a weekly reminder and build accountability for each project manager to add a highlight regularly. Get a status update per project in a glimpse.
