We're excited to share a bunch of new Gumroad updates with you today:

Redesigned product editing and purchasing
Linked images in posts
Custom buttons in posts
Automatic membership renewal emails (sent 7 days before charge) to minimize refunds/disputes

First up, we've shipped the last major chunk of our rebrand: products! This includes product creation, editing, and purchasing. Besides being slicker, there should be far less visual bugs, as we've gone through every little bit of the app and made sure everything looks great and feels great too.

It's 77% less CSS than our old design system, and 1000000% more accessible. If you're interested in reading more about the new design system and the reasoning behind certain key decisions, check out our lead engineer Maya's blog post on it here.

Second, we've added more functionality to posts. For example, you can click the image above! All images are now link-able by selecting the image and then clicking the link icon in the toolbar:

We've also added native button support. So instead of being stuck with a button at the bottom of your posts, you can now embed them

wherever

you'd like.

Finally, we've added automatic membership renewal emails. These will go out 7 days before charge for any membership that has a non-monthly renewal cycle. These were asked for a lot, and should help with support tickets, refund requests, disputes filed, and more.
