We have a new feature for you this week: Archive your products to hide them from your creator dashboard without deleting them from your customers’ libraries. . Simply click on the dropdown menu on the product dashboard and click “Archive.”

Once you archive any product or membership, here’s what happens:

It moves from your primary product dashboard and is available in a new tab called “Archived”
All ongoing memberships and subscriptions will continue to be charged to current customers
If someone were to search for your product on Gumroad Discover, it will not show up
It will remain in customer libraries

Now, if you want to temporarily remove a product from your UI without losing any data, you can simply archive it.
