I have a background in chemistry, physics, and engineering with over 8 years of experience in the oil and petrochemical industry. I began coaching CrossFit as a hobby in 2011. In 2014 I bought a CrossFit gym and have been coaching full time and running the gym ever since. I provide strength, CrossFit, personal training, and nutrition coaching. Every few months I host nutrition seminars and after many people begging for a recipe and meal plan book I finally wrote one. I recently released Workouts on the Go.
