How did you come up with these "modules" for the Challenge?

With my experience as a salon owner, I have figured out what works when it comes to getting new clients as well as getting our existing clients to return. I took this experience and translated into the 14 Day Salon Business Challenge.  I know these things work, because I've done them myself.

How much time will I have to spend on the challenge?

For the 14 days that you are participating in the challenge, you'll spend no more than 30 minutes per day working through the exercises in the challenge.  After you have completed the challenge, you will have the tools necessary going forward to run your salon business much more efficiently and profitably.
