3DMJ Natural Bodybuilding Symposium
team3dmjA learning event for athletes (or coaches) who would like to take part in a comprehensive study of competitive natural bodybuilding. For the first time, all 5 of the Team 3D Muscle Journey coaches from across the world will be together, in person, presenting material in a small group setting for attendees.

EVENT ITINERARY:
THURSDAY – Meet & Greet – 6:00-9:00pm
All attendees are welcome to join the 3DMJ coaches at our host hotel (see below) for a casual dinner and open mingle time. Not “mandatory”, but a nice way to kick off the weekend for those flying / driving in the night before.
FRIDAY – Theory – 8:00am-12:00pm & 2:00pm-6:00pm
This entire day will be dedicated to presentations, Q&A sessions, & open discussion with attendees and 3DMJ coaches. With the unique population of competitive natural bodybuilders in mind, we will cover nutrition, training, mindset, psychology, contest prep case studies, and off-season protocols.
SATURDAY – Practical – 8:00am-12:00pm & 2:00pm-6:00pm
The entire day will be full of hands-on application. There will be live demos and instruction for lifting form, training technique, and posing. Small group lab sessions will also be performed, where participants can learn to execute the training programs they have constructed with a 3DMJ coach.
