48 Days Individual Coaching (includes Seminar Kit)

This individual coaching package consists of motivational sessions that teach how to identify your career calling based on your skills and abilities, personality, values, dreams and passions—rather than based solely on job history. The coaching sessions teach thought patterns, behaviors and principles of success using examples from the lives of iconic figures in our culture and history (Henry David Thoreau, Helen Keller, Wayne Gretzky and many others). During the sessions, you will develop a personal mission statement, a life plan, specific 1-month, 3-month, 6-month, 1-year, 5-year and 10-year goals, and will actually carry out a defined job-search or business start-up process. The interactive 48 Days to the Work You Love: Application Guide shows you how to get your mind out of the boxed in way of thinking–everyone is in charge of their own work/life happiness, and this shows you how!

This coaching package utilizes the same materials as the 6 week group seminar I facilitate. Here's how it's different: Thanks to the nature of 1-on-1 coaching, we will go much more in-depth with the materials, allowing us to specialize the process for your individual needs. 

Prior to committing to the coaching experience, you will receive a free call with me to discuss where you are in your career path and your desires for coaching, as well as a preview of what the coaching experience will include. (This is similar to the preview session I offer in my group seminars). If we both feel you would benefit from working with me, then we will move forward. At that point only would you be responsible for payment. 

Sessions will take place via video call. If you are local to the Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky area, I offer the option of in-person sessions.
