2,509 people shot. 415 murdered. These are the grim numbers Chicagoans face every morning as we try to come to grips with the epidemic of violence in the city. A few people in our community are working to change that. Read about Angie Tribett and Jamillah Omar's initiative called H.E.L.P. (Househeads Enriching The Lives of Other People) and what they're doing to make a difference.
