5 Mindful Minutes - Meditation Tracks
This is a collection of guided meditations, and each track is about 5 minutes long.
They are arranged in a progressive sequence and I recommend listening to them in order. Curiosity + Kindness are foundational. From there, attention is placed to physical body, then emotional experience, then mind-state and thoughts.
Once you've become acquainted with these different levels, then dive into the more expansive or specific meditations.
Recommended dose: 1 track per day, and write down a word or sentence after listening to each meditation. See what you notice.
If you're new to meditation, I recommend you work with Track 01 for five days: listen to it once a day for five days, and write down a word or sentence about your experience. Do this before going to the other tracks.
