This plan is made for for individuals who need a Fitness Plan to go along with their Flexible Dieting program.
It includes 3 days of information: your macros for 3 different training days(High Volume, Low Volume and Rest), workouts for 5 days a week(assuming athlete will have one active recovery day and full recovery day), one Skype session a week and remote coaching via email.
This plan is only available for 8 weeks because it assumes you will need to move into a different phase of macros in order for your body to achieve the absolute best results.
