A 12 week periodised, progressive training program with the goal of increasing strength while adding size. This is aimed at someone who has been weight training consistently for at least 6-12 months. It's not recommended for beginners.

It's a 4 day/week training split focused around the big 3 barbell lifts; bench press, back squat & deadlift.

This training programe is provided as information only. It is the responsibility of the individual to ensure they're performing the exercises appropriately.
