• feel drained when you are around certain people?
• get depressed, anxious, or angry for no discernible reason?
• get overwhelmed in crowds?
• get sick a lot or have a hard time feeling grounded?
• often get told that you that you are too sensitive?
If so, then congratulations! You are most likely an empath and this book was written with you in mind. The Happy Empath addresses the needs of the "sensitive" person and gives some wonderful non-fear based tools that will empower you and help you to gain control of this exceptional gift. And yes, it is a gift. You might not feel like it right now, but you will after you’ve read the book.
I am also an empath, and if I can get control of it, so can you. It wasn’t easy for me because I didn’t have the tools or the teacher to help me to embrace my gift and turn it in to an asset. I wish that I’d had a book like this one to help me get through it.
The idea for The Happy Empath came from a reaction to the massive amounts of recent negativity happening on my social media news feeds. I noticed that in this troubled world, sensitive souls are having a rough time coping.
Every time they see an ugly news story, or yet another update about Aunt Sally’s cancer battle, they feel it as if it were their own drama. It’s hard enough for the average Joe to deal with the constant barrage of yuck that we see every day, but for an empath, it can affect them to the point of being debilitating. It can feel like they are drowning in emotion.
If you resonate with what I just said, then I send you a virtual fist bump and a big squishy hug. I know what you’re going through. I mean, I really get it.
I think I can help. Buy the book and change your life.
