This intense 1:1 coaching is designed for entrepreneurs who want major GROWTH in their business.

How does it work?

Many entrepreneurs find themselves getting overwhelmed with the day to day challenges of running a business.  So things like focusing on long term goals that will GROW your business often take a back seat.

If you are tired of struggling and "why won't this work?", let's work together for three months.  You will

--Identify the root causes of why your business is not growing as you envisioned

--Create an action plan that highlights your strengths

--Execute the plan while dealing with hurdles, hiccups and roadblocks

The benefit of the 1:1 coaching is that you'll have the opportunity to work with me directly. I will keep you focused during the 3 months by encouraging you to work more in your strengths and helping you uproot areas that are holding you back from growing your business.

What do you get?

(1) 60 MINUTE PRELIMINARY GOAL SETTING SESSION – Before our first coaching session, we’ll talk about your goals and expectations. I want to make sure we accomplish as much as we can during our time together.

--(6) 45 MINUTE PRIVATE 1:1 SESSIONS – After we’ve established goals and expectations, you’ll receive --(6) 45 minute sessions over 3 months. Each session is customized to your goals and desires.

--(1) 45 MINUTE CHECK-IN SESSION WITH 30 DAYS OF COMPLETION – To ensure you’re still going in the right direction, we’ll schedule a follow-up session within 30 days of program completion.

--RECORDED SESSIONS VIA ZOOM – All sessions are recorded via Zoom so you’re able to look back on your progress.

--PRIORITY EMAIL SUPPORT – You’ll have full access to my private email and a guaranteed response within 24 hours. You don’t have to wait until our next session to get an answer.

--A unique accountability & progress tracking system to ensure all is on track for your growth & that you aren’t flaking.  This is your Action Plan.

--Ongoing prompts and advice to help you tackle the execution of your Action Plan

I'll help you tackle the mental blocks that you might not even know you are experiencing. These blocks often lead to procrastination or overwork and always result in your business growth stagnating. 

The focus is to create a personalized marketing and sales plan that will help you grow your business.  You'll test ideas during our three months with my support.
