HIC's Rugelach Recipes

Whether you consider rugelach cookies or pastries, they are essentially extra-rich pie crust rolled around assorted sweet fillings. Three traditional rugelach flavors are included here: hazelnut-cinnamon, raspberry-walnut, and chocolate-hazelnut. These recipes require FlavourArt flavorings, including Zeppola, plus Cheesecake Graham Crust by The Flavor Apprentice. All flavorings used are diketone-free.
