Consent Cards for Yoga Teachers

Allow your yoga students to communicate whether or not they'd like hands on assists. Hand out these yoga consent cards at the beginning of class for students to place on the corner of their mats. One side says no thanks to hands on assists and the other side has yes please. Students are given the power to change their mind throughout class as well by flipping it as they choose.
