Learn how to make the PERFECT PASTRY CRUST for a savory galette or any pie you'd like to make this fall and winter! YUM! It's getting to be that cozy time of year where you can make these warm comfort foods that satisfy the heart and soul.
We'll make this Savory Butternut Squash Galette with a Bechamel Sauce. You can add optional bacon to the galette, but it can also be made vegetarian.
Then we'll put together a delicious, hearty, fall salad with seasonal fruit and kale, so you can stay healthy and strong all winter long!
