Basic NonCommercial HTTP Processing System

This is a non commercial only system that allows for basic HTTP GET && POST requests to be performed from within RPG Maker (only tested with Vx Ace).

By using HTTP requests you can easily bring features that most would consder to be 'online features' into your games.

The functionality of this system is extremely basic and customization is little; however, there should be more than enough for most people.
