While your children are getting drowsy in their beds read to them encouraging thoughts, reminders of how much they are loved, or a gentle life lesson.

These are the words I want pickling their minds when they are without me; in their camp bunk, or their barracks, or their dorm room.

Choose a different one each night or read the same three over and over.
