Uprising is Ultra Fit Coach's kick starter workout plan for someone who has worked out in the past and is getting back in the saddle.

Two-Day Workout Plan:

I’ll create a personalized exercise program to get you started ASAP. I want to utilize your strengths and build up your weaknesses so that you can be the hardest, fastest, strongest and fittest person you want to be. We are only as strong as our weakest link after all.

Assessment and Systems Check:

Let’s assess the damages of your physical vehicle (your body), and act accordingly.

I want to know how you feel and how you perform on a day-to-day basis in your own words.

Barebones Nutrition on the move:

You can't out-work a crummy diet, and everyone needs a plan.  All workout plans include barebones nutrition coaching.  When you're ready for more, order one of our nutrition packages.
