This feature film includes new footage as well as re-edited previously released scenes from underground film maker, Todd Russell's and features some of his most compelling and disturbing characters including the original "Psycho Sisters", demented doctor, Gerry, an aging perverted psychopath and "The Lunatic'ler" - a killer clown who tickles and then strangles his victims to death.
