3 Meditations on One CD
The BodyAware CD contains three powerful body-centered meditations with music especially composed to support the meditative experience.
Track 1: Body Awareness Meditation. Calming the mind and relaxing the body, this meditation creates a deep sense of well-being.
Track 2: Mind and Body are One. This advanced meditation creates a profound experience of wholeness and balance.
Track 3: Grounding Meditation. Especially useful when you feel scattered, this meditation helps you become centered and connected to the earth.
Vary the length to suit your needs. The actual guided meditations are between 9 and 12 minutes long. You can stop when the voice stops, or continue the meditation on your own with the music. If you continue until the music ends, you will have meditated for about 20 minutes.
Use as guided meditations or to learn how to meditate on your own! Once you've listened to these meditations for some time, you will become familiar enough with the process to do them on your own.
