For years I lived with symptoms I accepted as normal… digestive issues (think gas…so embarrassing!), anxiety, frequent exhaustion, seasonal allergies. At first it never occurred to me it didn’t have to be this way. I chalked it up to being a mom of four very active children and life. What’s worse, so did the doctors I went to.

Over time, I grew increasingly frustrated with my body and had a gnawing sense a solution did exist. The previous response from my doctors eroded any confidence I had in them, so I decided to strike out on my own to find an answer. After much research and prayer, I finally hit on what I was looking for…a sugar detox. Gulp.

Even though I felt in my gut this was the right thing to do, I thought it would be too hard. I also was a little fearful to take on such a daunting project not really knowing if I could do it. It took me another six months, more research and a lot of planning to finally work up the courage to go for it.


The results were everything I hoped for and more!


Digestive issues resolved, reduced anxiety, more energy, and, even better, a drastic reduction in the amount of seasonal allergy medication I required. It was a turning point in my health and I decided to maintain a diet containing almost no added sugars from that point on. Now it’s my passion to help you do the same.


Here’s what you can expect as part of the program:

Week One: Prep Week! Gets you ready for the full detox by gradually stepping down your sugar consumption, guiding you to plan & prepare and completing mindset work. You make zero diet changes the first three days of this week but a food journal instead to track your typical food habits.

Week Two: Full detox week which eliminates all added sugars, carbohydrates and fruits and veggies with a higher sugar exceeding 4 g per 100 g serving. This will be the hardest week, but you can do it!

Week Three: Most fresh fruits and all vegetables, legumes and complex carbohydrates are added back in, all whole grains, no dried fruits and, of course, no added sugars.

Week Four: Easiest week! You can eat or drink anything you want as long as it’s free of added sugar and is a whole grain.



All of the following resources are delivered electronically.

  • 20+ page workbook (PDF): Guides you through each week of the program including what you can and cannot eat, provides space to record your journey through the program with specific exercises and questions and gives you assignments to complete for each day of Prep Week (Week One) so you are fully prepared for the full detox.
  • A 40+ page recipe book + 3 meal plan charts (PDF): Recipes are for breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks. While the majority of recipes of plant-based (vegan), I include suggestions and a few recipes for omnivores. The meal plan charts are designed to guide you through Weeks 2-4 of the program.
  • An email series to coach you through the program: Emails contain motivation, tips, videos and additional printables to offer further support and encourage you through the program. You will receive the majority of emails in the first two weeks of the program to fully equip you to successfully complete the program.
  • Food Journal (PDF): An essential feedback tool which comes into play during the first week (Prep Week) of the program.
  • Tip & Cheat Sheets: Provide additional support and information and can be printed out or saved to your phone for easy reference.



Please note: The email sequence which accompanies the program and helps coach you through it, is designed to start on the FIRST MONDAY immediately following your program purchase. For example, if your purchase on a Sunday before 11:59 p.m. EST/EDT, the email sequence will start the very next day. If you purchase it on a Monday, the sequence will begin on the NEXT Monday. While you’re certainly welcome to start the program when you wish, you will get the most out of it if you match the timing with the email sequence. Regardless of when you purchase the program, you will have immediate access to the downloadable materials and receive a welcome email from me.

With Telegram (a free messaging app you can access via your phone or computer), you receive high-touch accountability and can ask me brief questions M-Sat plus receive quick check-ins and encouragement from me 5x/week for each week of the 28 Day Program. This option is perfect for you if you:

  • You know you need (and want!) someone right there with you to ensure you stay on track
  • Love to check in with an actual person and ask questions as they arise
  • You love a more personal touch and are confident that with just a little extra support you can confidently make it through the program
  • Desire one-on-one in-depth wellness coaching, but it isn’t in the budget for you at the moment


Indepth Individual Coaching Support ($347 total)

This option is for WOMEN ONLY (sorry, guys!)

Does this feel familiar? You struggle to remain consistent and on track when trying to make a significant change to your diet. In the past, you start out strong, but when temptation comes your way, you encounter stressful situations or “life happens” you quickly fall back into your pattern of eating foods you know aren’t good for your body.

But now you’re ready to dig further into your emotional connection to food and uncover the specific habits and thoughts that cause you to reach for sugar to satisfy a craving deep within your soul.

With in-depth, individual coaching sessions during your detox, you can start to dive deeper into the issues associated with your sugar addiction. In addition to the electronic program and emails, you will receive four (4) 30-minute coaching sessions via Zoom, Skype or phone. You also will have access to me through the Telegram app for questions and more immediate support Monday-Saturday during the 28-day program. The first coaching session happens the week before the program begins and the last one the week after the program ends. The remaining two will happen during the detox itself and we will schedule those together.

This option is perfect for you if you:

  • You know, or sense, your sugar addiction runs deeper than simply enjoying the taste of something sweet.
  • You know you need (and want!) someone right there with you to ensure you stay on track
  • You want the added benefit of having someone walk through the program with you to answer your questions and find customized solutions to your particular situation
