I've suffered with anxiety for as long as I can remember. From worrying into the night about a maths test when I was five years old, to ending up in hospital when I was in my mid-30s, chest pounding and hands shaking. I thought that anxiety must be hard-wired into my brain, but I knew I wanted to beat it. I did some research, and found that there are quite a few tips and tricks we can use to help to calm an attack, stop us in our tracks as soon as one begins, or even make one a little bit less likely to happen in the first place.
This ebook is the result of that research, and I wanted to share it in the hope that it might help others, too.
Filled with beautiful photographs, the ebook is packed with tips and tricks on how to help reduce feelings of anxiety, and also refers to the scientific studies that back them up.
