This group is geared towards those looking to live a healthier lifestyle and end the vicious dieting cycle. The WMSG will provide support, accountability, and realistic nutrition tips and recipes. All LIVE support group classes are held on Mondays at 6:00pm starting September 10th and ending on October 29th. WMSG classes are held via Zoom conferencing. It is recommended that you utilize the desktop version (or download the app) to get the most out of each class. More details for how to join the live classes will be included in your welcome email. Topics will include goal setting for success, meal prep hacks, snacking smart, hydration, eating on-the-go, motivation, late night eating, and more!
Your sign-up includes: access to Live classes, weekly emails with nutrition information related to the topic of the week, recap emails with highlights from Live classes, goal setting sheets, relate-able nutrition topic handouts, realistic tips from a Dietitian, and optional text message opt-ins with weekly motivation.
This group is for you if you: know the basics to living healthy, but need some motivation or accountability, are open to changing your health/nutrition habits, are ready to take charge of your health, are ready to make your health a priority, and are ready to commit to an overall healthy lifestyle change.
This group is NOT for you if you: are looking for a quick fix, crash "diet program," or are not ready to make a healthy lifestyle change yet.
