If functional training is the blue print to our body, what is the foundation?

This is applicable to "bulking" without gaining too much fat or "fat loss" - without losing strength!

The good: yes, it’s possible to build muscle and lose fat simultaneously.

The bad: it’s only possible under certain conditions.

The ugly: the majority of advice on how to actually do it is poor.

A majority of what most people seek is actually called "body recomposition" and it is a meticulous process. It requires attention to detail and most of all, patience.
