Fyt At Home is truly a home workout program! There is no extra equipment needed for this program, just your body weight and maybe a bench (or couch, or table, or something to step on). This program is 4 workouts a week for 4 weeks, but the workouts do get harder each week so feel free to repeat a week if you're not ready to move on! There are 3 strength days and 1 cardio/core day per week.
