Hey Yogis, this week's free youtube yoga class was a request from a viewer so thank you for the suggestion! I personally find that no headache is the same and sometimes yoga helps and sometimes it doesn't. Whenever I've been able to relieve headaches and migraines with yoga it was by doing these easy poses and more importantly the alternate nostril breath! Neck stretches are also wonderful for this. The key is to take it easy, breathe deeply and relax any muscles that don't need to work. A lot of headaches come from too much intensity and tension in our bodies so we need to learn to slow down and rest. This is a simple 15 minute sequence with no props necessary. Hope you enjoy it :)
