20 - Game of Thrones (Dubrovnik) - Textures, City, Gardens, Time of day
A series of reference photos (1385 total) taken in Dubrovnik Croatia, (the location used for Kings Landing in Game of Thrones) that should be useful for any fantasy/sci-fi environmental illustrations etc for personal or commercial use. All photos were taken with a Canon 5D Mk3 and are around 5,760 pixels wide. This pack has mainly photos of detailed shots of the bricks/rocks/stones/roofs in the city, larger views of the city from the walls showing the rooftops from multiple locations and areas on the wall, back alleys and also a secondary location outside the city in one of the gardens where they films a few other scenes in the show. Along with the main reference set (around 1100 images), i included another 200 or so images from the hillside where i was staying showing the city from a distance during different times of day and different lighting scenarios which should also be handy reference.
