This program requires an initial 2 week maintenance phase in order to see where your macros should be set, followed by a cut or a surplus phase, dependent on your goals.
You will receive a PDF Form to fill out and send back to firstname.lastname@example.org in order for those macro numbers to be calculated! The sooner we receive this, the sooner you can get started.
Please allow up to 24-48 hours from when you send us your information to calculate your macros and provide you with this detailed plan. This gives us enough time to go over your numbers and make sure you are set and good to go. We may also need to contact you shortly after you send your info with any specific questions about your plan.
