Hello, this is Cuckoo!
I've made a collection of sounds and patches on the Pocket Operator PO-32. I also sampled all of the patches into over 300 WAV files.
One snappy kit called Ribbit. And one more experimental and atmospheric kit called Jaleco.
The original kit files (included) are compatible with the Microtonic software drum machine by Sonic Charge.
The WAV and MP3 files named Jaleco PO-32 kit and Ribbit PO-32 kit are audio recordings of the PO-32 data dump. They contain the whole kits and some example patterns. Press acc+sound to set the PO-32 into "listening mode". Then play any of the desired sounds to the PO-32 mic, or audio mini jack input. The PO-32 should recognise the data. You can also play it over air, and let the PO-32 listen to it through the tiny microphone on the front. You can play the files from a phone speaker, to the PO-32 mic for instance.
I've recorded a LOT of the sounds as WAV and AIF files. The normalised sounds are gained to be as loud as possible, without clipping. Many samplers prefer the sounds to be loud. Choose to your liking :)
Please don't share the files, but I'd be delighted if you spread the word ;-)
