7 Days Introduction to Pilates Challenge (Beginner level)
Are you ready for a 7 Day Pilates Challenge! Learn to move in new ways while enjoying increased core strength, great posture, toned muscles, and a healthy body. Just commit to 30 mins a day for 7 days, and you will see results, that's it. Next time you are chilling at home, just think what you could achieve by spending just 30 mins with me :)
Your 7 Day Challenge Plan:
Day 1 - Active Breathing and Core Engagement (20 min)
Day 2 - Core Strengthening Class - Pre Pilates (35 min)
Day 3 - Abdominal and Hips Strengthening Class - Beginner (15 min)
Day 4 - Full-Body Stretch Class (41 min)
Day 5 - Pre-Pilates Flow Mat + Masterclass: Pelvic Curl (45 min)
Day 6 - Upper Body Strengthening Class - Beginner (15 min)
Day 7 - Mat Flow for Beginner (36 min)
Challenge guidance:
- Make sure to drink at least 1.5 liters or 50 oz of water a day for all 7 days.
- Make sure you get enough sleep, 7-9 hours plus each night.
- Make sure to reduce your intake of refined/processed carbs (bread, white rice, pasta, cereal, etc.) and replace them with vegetables and fruits.
- This challenge can be extended longer than 7 days if you feel you need to repeat classes or fine-tune your technique.
