      All Mp3' s in this audio program include both a trance version and a sleep version of each program step. Both versions have identical content, however the trance version is for use during waking hours while sitting upright, and the sleep version is for use while laying down prior to falling asleep. The trance version has suggestions to bring you back to alertness at its conclusion. The sleep version suggests you incorporate the new thoughts as you go to sleep now waking up at your normal time. No audio in this set is appropriate to use while driving a motor vehicle or operating machinery.
