ADVANCED FINGER STRENGTH is a periodized 14 Week Training Plan written specifically for the advanced climber who believes that finger strength is their main limiting factor, and already has a good grasp on climbing movement.
ADVANCED FINGER STRENGTH consists of 3 phases of both hangboarding and forearm specific resistance training to complement a periodized climbing training plan. A bonus workout to use during a performance phase is also included. Also included for each hangboard protocal are links to custom built timers that you can import into the Seconds Pro App.
You will need access to a fingerboard, a timer or stopwatch, dumbbells or barbells, and some way to increase resistance on the hangboard (weight vest or weights to hang from a harness).
