The flow state is a moment of time where we are truly tapped in, tuned up and turned on. An optimal state of consciousness. In this state, we usually find ourselves in the zone, aware and alert. It’s a different kind of focus, a little less intellectual and more creative. It requires ones full involvement.
The inspiration for this course comes from my curiosity and my mission to hack the flow state. Each movement class in this course is designed to slow you down with intentional movement. You will learn tools to help you cross reference your body, emotional freeing technique, restorative yoga, fascinating fascia work, and tools to help you plug in to recharge your central channel.
The vinyasa classes gives you an opportunity to become inquisitive to the sequences that are presented to you not only on your mat, but to the sequences of events that play out in your life.
My hope is that you give yourself room this week through examining everything that is coming up to the surface. Allow the invisible intelligence that ebs and flows between ease and effort to become a roadmap on this impermanent journey called life.
