One of the greatest lessons I've learned is about non-resistance to what Is. Our mind likes to fight the present moment, but allowing the present moment to be as it is, is the key to peace. Acceptance happens not by "doing acceptance" but by just allowing acceptance to be a natural byproduct of understanding the nature of the mind, the nature of thought. This mediation will help you explore this and be more at peace with what Is in your life.
