ProgrammingToWin Is Finally Here!
The book features more than 100 pages of discussion on the why and the how of optimally programming your first two to three years in the sport of powerlifting. More than fifty pages of discussion are dedicated to the scientific principles of proper powerlifting programming. No stone is left unturned. Novice Program Updates
The novice program has been significantly updated including: new exercise selection, a new progression protocol, and a new stalling protocol. Additionally, a third phase has been added to the novice program! If you don't get a copy of ProgrammingToWin, as far as I'm concerned, you're no longer doing the PowerliftingToWin Novice Program.
The Intermediate Program
