Blender Blueprint AutoSetup

I was tired of wasting time placing, scaling and adjusting blueprints every time I start modelling a vehicle.

A small add-on that allows you to import all the different blueprints views and place them correctly before you start modelling!

Best used when combined with CROPR generated images: centered and scaled!

Requirements: used reference images name should be as follow:

_front.

whateverPrefix_rear.format

_side.

whateverPrefix_left.format

whateverPrefix_right.format

_top.

whateverPrefix_bottom.format

(format being png, jpeg etc)

• HOW TO USE IT ?

Once the addon is installed (via Preference > Addon > Install), simply go to File > Import > Blueprints and select the images you want to load.

The addon will place them as good as possible, with backface culling and transparency. It's of course then possible to reajust them to fit exactly what you need!
