HIC's Ginger-Citrus Brulée

Creamy, smooth vanilla custard is swirled and caramelized with sweet ginger and mild, juicy citrus. Varying your voltage can emphasize the vanilla custard or the other flavors. A suggested variation is included for an Asian flair.
