This 3-track audio program is best used on a rotational basis over 30 days. Use On Waking for 10 consecutive days. Anytime Mindfulness for 10 consequent days, and Winding Down for the last 10 days of the month. Thereafter, use for the first 30 days of Spring, Summer, Autumn and Winter to keep it fresh and applicable to the life changes over time. Repetition helps children see their own growth, and provide stability amidst periods of increased change*. The content of this program encourages reflection and forward thinking, empowering children with a clearer understanding of time and self efficacy.
