This class is designed to undo some of the negative side effects of too much sitting. While sitting here and there is natural, our bodies are designed for movement. And on average, adults are spending 9-10 hours a day sitting. From driving, working at a desk, eating meals, watching tv, reading, etc. it’s easy to see why health declines overtime when bodies that are meant for a lot of movement end up just sitting. Join me as we dedicate this practice to undoing some of the harm caused by all that sitting.
