Although we aren't in person, I'll take care of you virtually and give you the tools to make this experience fun, blissful and rejuvenating (even in your own space).
WHO IS THE GUIDE?
Catherine from her global brand Yoga with Catherine runs her own international yoga and meditation retreats business, as well as mentoring yoga teachers in the business of yoga to live an empowered authentic, fulfilled and abundant life.
Catherine's classes focus on compassion, acceptance and self-love combining both dynamic asanas with deep relaxation via meditation techniques, mudras and pranayama taught truly from the heart. Expect to uncover a deeper and transformational connection with your body, breath and beautiful mind to leave these classes feeling powerfully embodied.
Catherine has completed foundation teacher trainings at Be Yoga Sussex with Bryony Hamerton and at Island Yoga with Yoga Girl and Lara Heimann. Her advanced teacher training qualification is from Vidya Heisel at Frog Lotus Yoga International where she also assists on 200Hr teacher trainings in Spain.

WHAT IS YOGA TO SOOTHE YOUR SOUL?
Catherine's style focusses on cultivating self love and compassion for your practice in mind, body and soul. If you are here for a fitness class only this is not it. Catherine's yoga moves the physical body deeply but its her ability to penetrate the surface layers of the body that creates that deeper opening and shift. It's in depth work that incorporates breath, meditation and movement.
