JUMP CITY is a two phase (eight week) program incorporating a blend of strength and plyometric training principles. A balance of strength and power development that has produced vertical gains of 5-9 inches on all who have completed the JUMP CITY program. This program has been a staple in the continued development and improvement of my D1 basketball players general athleticism for years. Unlike the majority of jump programs on the market that are plyometric dominant, JUMP CITY develops the overall body of the athlete. This allows coaches of all levels to use JUMP CITY as an off-season and even a pre-season lifting phase. Not to mention, it's great for the weekend warriors out there wanting to dunk in their next pick up game!
