Intent

Our digital products look the same everywhere! We never learned how to apply our brand-voice in our digital space beyond shape, color, images, and text. We need to start communicating with our customers in the digital arena, and your Conversational Assistant is here to help.

What surprises me most in software design is that nothing happens after you start a program. The first input is often from the user. 

Did we lose the art of asking questions? Don't we introduce ourselves online? Where is the hospitality?
