Hamburger Casserole Recipes (and some extras)

This book begins with a little history and some tips on slimming down the fat in your ground beef - then there are plenty of recipes (over 100) of everything from some award winning casseroles (without burger) to recipes handed down through my family. There aren't any photos in the book at this time, but the cover shows my stuffed green peppers - lots of yummy goodness in these pages!
