[3dMax-FIX] 3ds max Scene/Layer Explorer issue

- Layer Explorer 3ds Max issue ** Update 4 **

- Autodesk 3ds max 2016 2017 2018 2019 2020 2021 script scene explorer issue ... unavailable or invisible layers/objects in layer explorer.

- Scene objects listed in the Toggle Scene/Layer Explorer dialog are not displayed in the viewport or the original Layer in 3ds Max.

- Please if you have any issues please don't hesitate to contact I'll fix it for you, you just have to send to me a small part of your scene to fix it.
