What is the Low FODMAP diet? It's a short term diet designed to clear the body of high FODMAP foods in hopes of reducing inflammation, gas, and discomfort in the body and digestive tract. After 6-8 weeks on the program, you will slowly reintroduce high FODMAP foods back into the diet to discover carbohydrate // sugar type triggers and pinpoint trouble causing foods and ingredients.
